Most products come with 30 days free** tech support from date of purchase. Additional tech support is available for $40 per incident.

Support Holidays are New Years Day (Jan 1), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (US), Christmas week from Dec. 24th until New Years Day. During holidays AutomatedShops offers email support only and we will only service emergency support issues such as down web sites or web servers we host. |
